I’m Venessa, a Mind-Body Facilitator, Hypnotherapist & Yoga Instructor. I help women 40+ release stress, restore energy, feel confident, and uncover what truly works for their body and mind.

My journey into mind-body work began with my own health challenges and a deep curiosity about how emotions, habits, and physical pain are connected. That personal experience ignited my passion to guide others toward lasting transformation, clarity, and balance in their lives.
